QImprove undertakes high quality evaluations that provide credible evidence of program effectiveness and impact. 

We work collaboratively with stakeholders and organisations to ensure that evaluations provide useful and practical information. Depending on our client’s unique requirements, evaluation frameworks may include qualitative, quantitative and mixed methodologies. 

We design and implement evaluation and outcomes frameworks by:

• Creating program logics and theories of change in order to articulate and visually represent the need for programs, the outcomes to be achieved and evidence-based activities that will lead to the biggest impact
• Developing robust evaluation plans, measurement frameworks and data collection tools
• Supporting the collection of evaluation and outcomes data and translate findings into meaningful practice changes.
