• Undertaking comprehensive case file audits based on legislative and internal policy requirements
• Developing improvement plans that can help remedy any specific concerns
• Working with our clients to action any concerns such as the development of policies, procedures, tools and templates
• Preparing clients for external regulatory audits and accreditations. QImprove has particular expertise and experience working with the NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards.
